Creating an online community through real estate
I started McNamee Real Estate 15 years ago as a single agent. Real estate is a very high-burnout and high-turnover business, with only 1 in 5 realtors making it past their first year. But my son and I, along with our incredible team, are committed to this community and to our neighbors, and I think that local knowledge and focus sets us apart. Our marketing strategy reflects that community focus as well – we do a lot of partnerships with other local businesses to take advantage of cross-promotion- through internet advertising. Our Facebook page has been helpful in letting us share client stories and available properties to our hometown audience, and we’re continuing to work to diversify our online presence and reach a wider range of potential sellers.
