How online advertising helped us navigate the pandemic
D9 Development focuses on generational redevelopment projects in the historic core of Franklin, Tennessee. The design and regulatory process can take years to work through. Our latest development, The Arlington, had just begun construction when the pandemic hit. Suddenly we were faced with selling 10 luxury condominium units in the midst of a global lockdown. Focusing on the message — living where you want, how you want, when you want — the location, finishes and amenities, we reached prospective customers largely through email and our website, arlingtonwestmain.com. The ability to reach broad networks of agents and prospects digitally, and to be found by those searching for homes in the area via the web, was critically important. As a result, we have sold 8 of the 10 units at a record price-per-square foot before the building was completed.
