
How Heart to Heart Grooming grew thanks to the ad-supported internet
We are a grooming business for small-breed dogs that specializes in creating a fear-free environment. That means we try to make the dogs feel like they are at home, do not use any kennels in our business, and only have one dog or household in the shop at any given time. Because we started this business in the middle of a pandemic, being able to post on Facebook and in local community groups really helped me to get my business name out there and grew my audience.
