When you own a neighborhood bike shop, it’s truly a family business. We know our customer’s names, we know their kids, we know what’s happening in their lives, we ride with them, and we let them know they are part of our family, not just a customer. Our connection to the neighborhood is what has made our business so successful. An important part of that connection is our ability to share our love of, and passion for, biking. While we do it all day long in our store, social media has given us incredible tools to spread that passion organically. We use Facebook, Instagram, Google, our website, and Constant Contact to share information about products and services we offer. More important, those platforms are where our family of customers shares how they’re using our bikes every day.
