Turning web traffic into farm traffic

We are a strawberry farm that offers pre-picked and pick-your-own strawberries, peaches, sunflowers, tomatoes, green beans, sweet corn, cucumber, watermelon, and more! We are an agritourism destination where local families, school groups, and tourists can enjoy a fun-filled day of outdoor activities. We have the largest jump pad in the state, an enchanted fairy garden with a scavenger hunt, paintball target practice, hayrides, grass maze, and a bucking cow train. All unsold strawberries are turned into jams and syrups and sold in Christmas gift bags. We also do roadside stands off-site in surrounding communities.

We primarily use Facebook to reach our customers and connect with them as a community. I spend countless hours on Facebook responding to comments, thanking people for sharing posts and inviting people to follow our page. I post lots of non-soliciting content that provides entertainment to increase the visibility of our page. Thanks to this platform, we are able to create relationships with our customers and enhance their experience when they come to the farm.
