Letter to the Editor: Using the internet to support small businesses

We like getting results. We’re also constantly on the hunt for tools and methods that will make those results better.

If creating a Google Business profile for a client affords them greater credibility, then perhaps some AdWords, images, and timely posts will raise that profile.

If creating a social media presence opens up a dialogue between a client and their customers, what can we do to open up that dialog to a larger audience?

Internet for Growth is an initiative from the Interactive Advertising Bureau, which is a national trade association. Congress is contemplating measures that would limit the effectiveness of the tools that folks like us use to expand the reach of small businesses.
