Expanding our business by utilizing online advertising

Tennessee Real Estate & Lodging

e|spaces provides first-class, flexible office and meeting space to companies of all sizes, individuals and entrepreneurs. It is important for prospects to see our physical space, so traditional marketing and PR methods are important: onsite events, mailings to specific ZIP codes and industries, as well as social media ads and content. Our location managers are typically involved in our sales process, whether generating leads or delivering sales from prospect calls or emails. When we developed Google Ad Manager pages for each of its locations — and invested dollars in SEO and ads based on select search terms — lead generation exploded. After just 90 days, we saw 5 to 10 times more leads; all locations utilizing Google campaigns quickly reached capacity, and meeting room rentals increased by more than 50%. The results provided consistent growth, and we were able to open multiple new locations in other markets.
