Northern Roots Boutique is a locally-owned and operated women’s boutique in Grand Forks, North Dakota. I have worked in retail my entire career and love helping people no matter what I am selling. While I love interacting with people who come into my store, I have used online platforms to grow my customer base. We use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, our website, Comment Sold, and Shopify, but Facebook is our largest market base. I do Facebook Live videos almost daily and have seen my base and our sales grow because of our consistency.
