Three-time Olympic gold medalist Kristin Armstrong and one of the region’s top developers Tommy Ahlquist teamed up to open PIVOT Lifestyle + Fitness by KA. Using her experience and knowledge on fitness and injury rehabilitation of injuries and his background as an ER doctor, PIVOT empowers people to take care of their whole self in an unmatched culture of support. We are more than just a “gym” PIVOT incorporates group classes (functional training, cycling, yoga/mobility), personal and small group coaching, nutritional therapy as well has recently become a family practice medical clinic. Being a startup and new to the Treasure Valley market with unique offerings, online and social media platforms have been instrumental in getting our message out. We have found that the organic way of marketing is not only affordable but also authentic which people respond to.
