Sharing Namaste through the power of the internet

I own a small studio located in downtown Buckhannon. We offer weekly yoga & meditation classes, specialty wellness workshops, sound baths, and so much more! Our boutique is stocked with yoga gear, dōTERRA products, WVYS & WVYOGAGIRL merchandise, and small gifts for your favorite yogi. You can book a facial or massage in our treatment room to up-level your self-care game. I opened the studio in 2020, but I have been teaching all over North Central West Virginia for the past six years. Wild Vinyasa welcomes everyone in the community and strives to be a safe space for you to unwind and dive deeper into your yoga practice. I use the internet to have people sign up for classes and I use social media daily to keep the community up-to-date on what we are offering. I create all my own content and then post every day on Instagram and Facebook. Owning my own business gives me the freedom to be a small businesswoman, mother, and wife. I pour my heart and soul into everything I do so my only hope is that I portray that through my social media. It’s sometimes the first thing people see about me, and the reason they show up to meet me in person.
